Return and Refund Policy
At Kingston Cottage Candle Co., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact us at kingstoncottagecandleco@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Ship Back the Item: Once your return is authorized, send your item to: Kingston Cottage Candle Co.
- Inspection: After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
- Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
- Processing Time: Refunds should process within 2-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as above. Indicate in your email that you would like to exchange the item and specify the new item you wish to receive.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Sale items
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at kingstoncottagecandleco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
